One-to-One Private Coaching

The aim of health coaching to help clients achieve optimal health through diet and lifestyle.  I use proven coaching techniques to guide clients on their journey.  Coaching can happen face-to-face at my house or on video/phone call.

Cooking Classes and Workshops

Making changes to our diet and lifestyle means creating new habits.  We need to change how we shop, what we keep in our pantry and how we cook.  I will help you create plans and develop skills that will enable you to put together exciting meals, whether quick every day dinners or grand dinner parties for friends and family.

Group Coaching

Group coaching is a great way to make life changes, which you will share not only with your coach, but with your fellow coachees.  A great way to ensure you achieve your goals. I will be putting together some small group coaching sessions (4 to 6 people).  This will happen face-to-face.
